CEDIA Expo Attracts Global Players (29/3/2005)

More major global brands have confirmed their participation at this year's CEDIA Expo, the European Home Technology Show (27-30 June, International Convention Centre, Birmingham). With less than three months to go until doors open, the exhibition space itself is now virtually sold out with only a handful of stands available at the only dedicated trade event for the custom installation sector.

Among the newcomers now taking space at Europe's premier event for the custom install industry are Fujitsu, Logitech, Onkyo and RBH Sound. These companies join an impressive cast-list of top name exhibitors who will be using CEDIA Expo 2005 as the industry showcase for new technology, service and product launches in areas covering home cinema, a/v solutions, lighting control, structured wiring, home security, HVAC control and whole house automation. In total CEDIA Expo 2005 will feature exhibition stands showcasing equipment from over 100 companies. For a full exhibitor list, visit the CEDIA website www.cedia.co.uk. Any company wishing to book a stand should contact Ian Morrish on +44 (0)1372 722001 or email ian@ad-con.demon.co.uk without delay.

CEDIA Expo 2005 will also feature 70 educational seminars, product training sessions, forums, workshops and a varied schedule of business networking opportunities. The new and expanded Expo Booking Form & Seminar Guide is now available, featuring full course descriptions. The early bird seminar booking discount is bigger than ever this year, and Expo only registration is free of charge until 15th May 2005. For a copy of the Seminar Guide, please email expo@cedia.co.uk, call CEDIA on 01462 627377 or visit the CEDIA website www.cedia.co.uk.

CEDIA Expo 2005 is the only dedicated trade event for the UK's fast-growing home technology, automation and integration sector. From modest beginnings in Harrogate in 1996, when just over 300 visitors attended, last year's CEDIA Expo attracted over 3,000 trade visitors to Birmingham. As the market continues to expand, this year's event promises to be bigger and better than ever before.
