NuVo Technologies Introduces Second-Generation Simplese
Audio System (25/2/2005)
NuVo Technologies, the respected designer
and manufacturer of automated home audio distribution products,
has released a new, improved second-generation Simplese audio distribution
system: the "Simplese D."
The new four-source, four-zone Simplese system
makes advanced home audio more obtainable than ever before. The
award-winning Simplese is packed with features of high-end systems.
Bringing a wide range of features and flexibility to the world of
distributed audio systems, the new NV-A4DS second-generation Simplese
system is NuVo's most affordable and easy-to-use home sound system.
¥ A four-source, four-zone audio system improves
on the previous two-source, four-zone system.
¥ The system offers a generous 30 watts per
zone (15 watts per channel in each zone) with Generation D digital
amplification.
¥ A Class D power supply allows a slim-line,
single-rack space component.
¥ Highly efficient operation is guaranteed.
The system uses nearly 50 percent less power than traditional analog
designs. When all zones are off, the power supply draws less than
three watts. The new Simplese meets and excedes all current EU standards
for energy conservation.
¥ Two Simplese systems can be joined to create
a single eight-zone system.
The NuVo Simplese four-source, four-zone
audio distribution system delivers a true multi-source, multi-zone
audio system that is elegant in design, advanced in technology,
easy to operate-all at an affordable price. The original Simplese
was selected as an Electronic House Product of the Year at the 2003
CEDIA Show, named "Best All-Inclusive Audio Distribution System"
at the 2003 Electronic House Expo, and chosen by the readers of
CE Pro magazine as a "High Impact Product for 2003." The NV-A4DS
second-generation Simplese promises to be an even better value.
The first digital Generation D Simplese
system ("Simplese D") is being introduced to the European market
with newly designed European BTicino(r)-style keypad. The keypads
will feature front-panel bass and treble control, source grouping,
individual zone on/off, all-off capability, and volume reset. NuVo
is planning to offer the "Simplese D" to its United States customer
base in time for the 2005 CEDIA show, and will retain the current
$999 retail price.
