Chief Manufacturing, Inc. Announces Merger with Sanus Systems (8/2/2005)

Chief Manufacturing, Inc., an industry leader in technology mounting solutions for the professional and home theater audio-visual market, and Sanus Systems, a leader in retail audio/video furniture, mounts and accessories systems, announced today that they have merged. The combined expertise and market leadership of these two companies creates a complementary opportunity that will enable both to be cost effective and customer-oriented leaders across all markets they serve.
