Lumene: Reliability and competitive price for enhanced picture quality (3/2/2005)

Lumene is a French brand that designs and manufactures projection screens fully focused on Home Theater application.

Lumene offers a wide range of models, from manual to motorized screens, from tensioned to permanent and tripod, to satisfy any kind of application. Lumene has known a tremendous success in Europe for the last years and is today introducing its products at Amsterdam ISE.

Nowadays, video projection industry offers high quality Home Theater projectors for attractive prices. Lumene tends to follow the current trend by combining excellent quality with affordable cost.

Every Lumene screen component has carefully been selected to enhance the picture quality of your projector, no matter the technology it uses: DLP(TM), LCD or CRT.

Lumene screens use a matt white fabric that enables unlimited viewing angles and perfect uniformity. It also avoids the typical "hot spot" effect and artifacts. The screen material quality will ideally display vivid colors as well as white and black contrast. All screens come with black borders as standard. All 16:9 format screens offer an extra drop.

Capitol, Majestic, Plazza and Arcadia models have a black back side.

The motorized screens: Majestic and Coliseum, are equipped with french SOMFY motors for an everlasting reliability and quiet operation.

An optional remote control module will complete the installation. The discreet finish of the cases will easily blend with any kind of home interior.
