INTERSEKT R4S5 audio switching matrix - 'KNEKT anyone'

One of the most recent additions to the KNEKT range on display is INTERSEKT R4S5, a compact audio distribution solution, designed to offer the flexibility of INTERSEKT for smaller installations. INTERSEKT R4S5 independently distributes and controls up to 5 audio sources to 4 zones within a KNEKT Multi-room System. It enables the smaller installation to benefit from all the features of the R8S8 without having to leave connections unused, making it a much more cost effective solution and ideal for new build developments, small apartments and commercial premises, etc.

VEKTO NETWORK TRANSLATOR

The VEKTO network translator is the gateway to the Ethernet world for KNEKT multi-room products. Combined with a control device, it interfaces TCP/IP, RS232 and RC-5 commands to provide fast and responsive access to entertainment throughout the home. A VEKTO is required in every room for which control of the multi-zone system is required. It is a small unit (same size as LINN DEKODA), therefore can be easily and discreetly hidden in a room.

EKP (ENHANCED KONTROL PROGRAM)

EKP is a sophisticated software interface that is powerful, versatile and simple to use. It provides complete control over the KNEKT multi-room audio system. This new software is designed to run on a variety of Windows(r) operating systems from '98 S.E. to XP and can also run on Windows(r) C.E. devices using remote desk top protocol. Designed to offer an attractive and intuitive user interface, EKP will simplify how a user interacts with their multi-room system.

EUROPEAN PREVIEW OF STUNNING NEW MULTI-CHANNEL LOUDSPEAKER SYSTEM

Linn's latest loudspeaker system - KOMPONENT, will make its European dŽbut at the show. Previewed in Las Vegas at the beginning of the month, this beautiful new multi-channel lifestyle loudspeaker system deploys unique Linn loudspeaker technology and features a stylish and discrete design. The KOMPONENT loudspeaker system is designed to deliver genuine performance from a loudspeaker system which compliments a modern living environment.

The KOMPONENT system comprises four models: the KOMPONENT 110 floorstanding loudspeaker, the KOMPONENT 104 compact loudspeaker, the KOMPONENT 106 'Left/Center/Right' loudspeaker and the KOMPONENT 120 powered bass reinforcement loudspeaker. All full range models feature the unique Linn 2-K Driver Array; an evolution of the driver array technology found in Linn's highest performing loudspeaker systems AKURATE, ARTIKULAT and the flagship KOMRI.
