FlatWire Offers Virtually Invisible, Non-Invasive, Surface-Mount Installation and Superior Signal Performance

DeCorp Americas, Inc., the leader in advanced flat wiring and interconnect technologies, today announced the availability of DeCable(tm), the newest addition to DeCorp's innovative Invisible Wire Solution(tm) for audio, video and data applications. DeCable will be demonstrated in live applications in the DeCorp booth, #1824, at the 2004 Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association Show (CEDIA) in Indianapolis.

DeCorp's DeCable products are based on patented precision patterned technology, featuring ultra-thin, ultra low-oxygen copper conductors, specific dielectric thin films, and exacting tolerance manufacturing techniques to achieve the conventional wire equivalence and superior performance DeCorp and its customers demand. DeCable's patented, paper-thin and surface mounted flat cables deliver optimum signal integrity and provide the ultimate flexibility in decorating decisions. DeCable is available in the following configurations:

* CPV Series - component equivalent cable suitable for component video applications including DVD, HDTV, cable, DSS converters and digital cameras
* SVO Series - audio video equivalent cable suitable for S-Video, A/V (composite video & audio L/R), and audio L/R patch cord applications including DVD, VCR, HDTV, cable, DSS, camcorders and virtually any other S-Video applications
* CX Series - suitable for coax applications, and available as shielded or non-shielded ground reference cables
* CAT Series - Category 6 equivalent data cables Along with DeCable, DeCorp will hold surround sound, flat panel TV, LAN, and electrical wire safety demonstrations using its audio FlatWire line (Line-Level, L/R Audio and Digital Coax), data Flatwire line (one, two, three and four pair Category 6 cables) and its low-voltage AC/DC and 120V AC FlatWire electrical wires. All the different versions of FlatWire are available with DeConnect(tm), the simple attachment needed to connect FlatWire to conventional connector interface boxes.
