Panasonic LCD Digital High Definition Projection Televisions Are Ready To Deliver A World Of Multimedia Entertainment (22/9/2004)

Panasonic leads off its LCD digital high-definition projection television line with models PT-43LC14, PT-50LC14 and PT-60LC14. The sets come in 43-inch, 50-inch and 60-inch screen sizes (diagonal screen measurement), respectively. Slim, sleek, and remarkably lightweight for displays of their size, these 16:9 widescreen televisions are ready to display big-screen entertainment from blockbuster movies to the most visually demanding computer games.

When connected to an optional DTV tuner, these sets are ready to deliver the dazzling images and dynamic sound of DTV1 broadcasts in Enhanced Definition (EDTV) 480p as well as High Definition (HDTV) 1080i and 720p signals. They also boast PC display capability (VGA, SVGA, and XGA), for use as large-screen computer monitors.

"They incorporate the latest features to enhance the viewing experience and give them multifunction versatility."

Models PT-50LC14 and PT-60LC14 SD Memory Card and PCMCIA card slots for viewing still picture images on the TV screen. (Model PT-43LC14 has an SD Memory Card slot only.) The Photo Viewer feature allows the consumer to view still photos taken with a digital camera and recorded onto an SD Memory Card. Other features include:
