News Brillian to Present "LCOS for High-Performance, Large-Screen HDTVs" at Large Screen Displays for Home Entertainment Conference (30/7/2004) Brillian Corporation (NASDAQ:BRLC) , a pioneering developer of HDTVs based on the industry's first Gen II liquid-crystal-on-silicon (LCoS(TM)) microdisplay technology, announced that the company will present at the Large Screen Displays for Home Entertainment Conference in San Diego, California. Dr. Robert L. Melcher, chief technology officer, will present "LCOS for High-Performance, Large-Screen HDTVs," a talk that highlights the LCOS market opportunity, recent technology advantages for high-performance HDTV, and developments in manufacturing infrastructure and products. Dr. Melcher's presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, July 28 at 10:15 a.m. PDT at the Hilton San Diego Resort Hotel. The presentation will be posted on the Brillian website after the event.
