News Fundamental-e Investments Acquires Symphonix Limited ("Mission") (21/7/2004) We are pleased to announce that Fundamental-e Investments plc (FEI) has acquired all the shares in Symphonix Limited ("Mission") as part of their strategy in striving to become a leader in the field of Audio/Visual technologies. Mission is excited at the prospect of developing the Mission brand internationally with strong support from FEI and developing their synergies between the various companies within the group. FEI was attracted by the Mission name and technology and are already putting into place new strategies and organisation in order to focus on the fundamental values that were the success of Mission: innovation, quality, market leading cutting edge technology. Jean-Marc Galiana has been appointed as CEO of Mission and is already working with the current Mission management team as well as integrating the company into the Fundamental-e group. DC Barkataki has been appointed as the Chairman of Symphonix and will be working closely with the Fundamental-e group. Mission looks forward to the new prospects and in working closer with its customers and suppliers.
