ReQuest Multimedia to Showcase Large Capacity ARQ Tera Pro 960 Model at CEDIA Expo 2004 (1/6/2004)

New Flagship AudioReQuest Tera Sets New Standards in Digital Music Management.

ReQuest Multimedia, the industry leader in hard drive-based digital music servers, is taking AudioReQuest to the next level with the ARQ Tera Pro 960 model and will be unveiling this latest addition to its growing family of music servers on Stand C52 at the CEDIA Expo, ICC, Birmingham, June2-4th, 2004.

"Many of our top dealers require larger capacity to satisfy client's with substantial CD collections" said Steve Beahan of Invision, ReQuest's distributor in the UK. "The ARQ Tera provides a proven solution for high-end projects where uncompromised sonic performance is a necessity."

With massive capacity, the ARQ Tera Pro 960 can store over 1600 Albums at full CD quality or more than 6500 albums at MP3-320kb/s. The ARQ Tera is equipped with ReQuest's proprietary NetSync technology, which combines multi-playback with redundancy, plus the world's first multi-location capability that is critical to high-end clients with multiple homes. Netsync automatically synchronizes the entire music collection and play lists between ARQ Tera servers over a LAN, or the Internet to multiple locations, thus backing up the collection.

ARQ Tera's integration features are perfect for multi-room distributed audio systems and free, pre- programmed interface modules are available for most leading third-party control systems, including AMX, Crestron, and Vantage.
