Redline preview the world's ultimate subwoofer at
CEDIA 2004 (1/6/2004)
Redline, UK distributors of Velodyne subwoofers,
Artison loudspeakers and Moon Electronics, are set to show the £11,000
Velodyne Digital Drive 1812 Signature Edition subwoofer at this
years CEDIA show.

This flagship product, the Digital Drive 1812 Signature Edition,
is the industry's first two-way, all digital, High Gain Servo controlled
subwoofer. It is the most powerful subwoofer ever built. The Signature
1812 can recreate the power and force of bass you feel in your stomach
along with the speed and tightness you get from the snap of a kick
drum. This benchmark in subwoofer technology is also the first to
incorporate Velodyne's patent pending Digital Drive room analysis
and correction system.

The 1812 signature forms part of Velodyne's
Digital Drive series, a number of which will also be on show at
CEDIA. The range comprises 4 additional subs, DD10, DD12, DD15 and
DD18 ranging in cost from £2000 - £3500. All incorporate the unique
all digital domain, room equalisation software, servo assisted drive
units and 1250W Class D amplifiers and are available in cherry,
maple and high gloss black.
