Digital Future Solutions unveils the iDyl Multiroom Audio Server at the UK CEDIA Home Technology Expo, 2004 (1/6/2004)

Digital Future Solutions, an exciting, technology-lead manufacturer in the custom installation domain has announced the immediate launch of its new product range with the iDyl Multiroom Audio Server. Available in 4 ö 16 zone configurations, the iDyl has been designed to fit seamlessly into the integrated home of the 21st century, offering superlative, intuitive control via Wi-Fi enabled mobile devices, such as tablet PCs and PDAs.

With multiple independent, 24-bit 96kHz audio feeds supplying up to 16 audio zones, the iDyl creates a platform for a truly invisible audio solution designed for even the biggest of installations.

As well as advanced audio library control (searching via artist, album or genre) that has become standard in products of this ilk, the iDyl raises the bar with a packed feature list including dynamic play-lists, an Auto-DJ mode, sleep timers and wake alarms for each room, library management and more. All of this, controllable via handheld PDAs, for true convenience and versatility. Adding audio CDs to the iDyl is also childs play, and can be done from any networked PC around the house.

The iDyl is currently available from DF Solutions for the incredibly low price of £2,451 ex VAT. This includes a comprehensive support package and all the software necessary for mobile and desktop devices.

The iDyl will be on display at the CEDIA Expo 2004, from 2 ö 4 June, at the ICC Birmingham. Don't miss the chance to see the new kid on the block.
