News Screen Research Announces Its Wing Range (23/3/2004) The Wing is the first retractable system to combine an acoustically transparent projection screen and the three front speakers in a Home Cinema system. Aimed to Home Cinema addicts willing not to sacrifice the aesthetic of the room, and demanding high level performances, the Wing is decorator-friendly and has exceptional integration, audio and video qualities, in a really reduced space compared with existing systems. The Wing will first be available in a design version. It will then be declined in different versions to be slot in a false ceiling in order to reach a perfect integration in the existing environment. It will allow the projection of 16:9 format images from 2m to 3m, using the internationally renowned ClearPix projection screens, associated with THX certification-pending three way speakers of high quality.
