News Cooper Security launches Menvier TS590 - a new Networker panel for the domestic market (19/2/2004) Cooper Security is launching the Menvier Networker TS590, a brand new, low-cost domestic, DD243:2002 compliant control panel, based on the hugely successful TS690 panel and its peripherals. The new product is aimed specifically at installers who want to use Menvier quality products in their domestic installations. The Networker TS590 is easily programmable, and comes with a new 2 x 16 character TSLCD keypad. It offers 6-14 zones using DP and/or EOL resistor wiring and will accept up to 4 remote keypads per system. "The Menvier Networker TS590 is the perfect panel for those installers who want value for money without sacrificing quality and reliability. Based on one of our most popular Menvier products, the TS690, this new Networker product opens up new opportunities in the domestic market for approved installers," explained Steve Holland, Brand Manager for Menvier Security. Other features of the Networker TS590 include:- * Compact metal casing ideal for discreet domestic installations * 15 user codes or 14 tags * 3 part-sets plus 'Shunt Group' * 700 event log (time and date stamped) with printer output facility * 1 Amp power supply * Sequential alarm confirmation and contact ID reporting * Windows-based downloader software for remote system maintenance
