Orbital Home Theater Mounting Systems Launched at CES (29/12/2003)

Orbital Holdings Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of U.K.-based AVF Group Limited, the world's leading manufacturer of television and audio support systems, is launching its new home theater mounting solution product line at the International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas Nevada.

The Orbital Home Theater Mounting System allows consumers to maximize living space while creating a neat, organized and attractive display for their home entertainment equipment. The modular Home Theater Mounting Systems can be comprised of television mounts, VCR/DVD mounts, speaker stands, surround and speaker wall mounts, component system platforms, and cable cover management systems. Together the components complete the ultimate home entertainment equipment mounting solution.

As with all Orbital mounting systems, the Home Theater Mounting System offers the highest UL ratings in the industry, providing consumers with the knowledge that their valuable home entertainment equipment is safe and secure. The Home Theater Mounting Systems offering includes the following components:

Television Wall Mounts

Orbital offers a wide variety of television mounts suitable to hold monitors compact (13 inches) to large (36 inches), with maximum adjustability for ideal viewing. To accommodate the best viewing from all angles, the platform tilts five to 10 degrees and rotates 360 degrees, and a highly adjustable arm rotates 120 degrees at the wall. The system features platform slots for securing the television and an oversized, heavy-duty back plate for greater holding power for units up to 130 pounds.

VCR/DVD Mount

The first "stackable" mount on the market, Orbital's VCR/DVD mount can accommodate most VCR, DVD, DSS and cable box components on the market today, with a sleek mounting system that can pivot up to 180 degrees independently of the television mount.

Speaker Wall Mounts

Orbital's Speaker Wall Mounts offer an attractive way to save valuable floor and table space and are available in three distinctive styles to fit almost any size speaker. The surround sound and mini-surround sound speaker mounts are ideal for smaller home theater speaker applications, and the Ultra Speaker Mounts(tm) can accommodate mid-range speakers.

Speaker Floor Stands

Orbital offers two distinctive universal speaker floor stands to accommodate most surround sound, mini-surround and mid-range speakers available on the market today. Adjustable to heights of 26 to 48 inches, the stands can hold speakers weighing up to 45 pounds.

Component System Platform

Orbital's Component System Platform provides the backbone for this fully modular storage solution, which can be used individually, in stacks or in combination with TV wall mounts and cable cover modules. Cable Cover Management System
