Orbital Holdings Offers Consumers New Line of Plasma Mounts and LCD/ TFT Flat Panel Mounts (29/12/2003)

Plasma Mounts

Orbital offers it's new Universal Plasma Mount for wall mount applications. The new Universal Plasma Mount offers an ultra slim profile design, less than 1" thick, a 10 forward tilt, and a 2 1Ú2" lateral adjustment. The Universal Plasma Mount comes completely assembled and is available for both 16" and 24" on center stud wall applications. The Universal Plasma Mount fits most popular brand name plasma monitors available on the market today.

LCD Flat Panel Mounts

The LCD Flat Panel Mounts include three different models to choose from. They include mounts with tilt, tilt and swivel, and a under counter/ articulated arm version for universal applications. All model are VESA compliant for 75mm and 100mm hole mount patterns, and are fully assembled for "rapid installation". All three LCD Flat Panel Mounts will accommodate screen sizes from 15" to 23" and weighing up to 33 lbs.

Standard Wall Mounts

Orbital offers three standard mounts suitable to hold monitors compact (13 inches) to large (27 inches), with maximum adjustability for ideal viewing. All can accommodate an optional VCR/DVD mount, if desired. To accommodate the best viewing from all angles, the platform tilts five to 10 degrees and rotates 360 degrees, and a highly adjustable arm rotates 100 degrees at the wall. The system features platform slots for securing the television and an oversized, heavy-duty back plate for greater holding power for units up to 120 pounds.

* UltraStretch(tm). The UltraStretch articulated arm provides maximum adjustability for perfect viewing, even around corners and in awkward or tight spaces. The system can be retracted back to the wall when not in use and also accommodates the optional, stackable VCR/DVD mount.

* VisionClamp(tm). The first of its kind in the industry, VisionClamp's revolutionary "clamp design," clean appearance, and quick and easy installation make it a consumer favorite. VisionClamp is ideal for residential applications, such as recreation rooms, dens, home offices and home entertainment centers, as well as commercial use in hotels, restaurants, retail stores, schools and hospitals. The exclusive clamp design holds the TV securely in place, while an oversized, heavy-duty back plate, reinforced steel tubing and crossbar provide maximum holding strength. For optimal viewing, the platform tilts 10 degrees and the arm rotates 120 degrees at the wall. Available to accommodate 13- to 27-inch monitors, VisionClamp may also be used with the optional VCR/DVD mount.

* SkyClamp(tm). Also the first of its kind in the industry, SkyClamp is the ceiling application of the popular VisionClamp design. This heavy-duty product supports medium to large televisions (up to 28 inches) in homes or offices. The padded steel clamp provides added security by firmly holding the TV in place. The mount turns independently of its fixing for easy positioning and ideal viewing. The unit can be mounted to solid ceilings or ceilings beams, and is UL rated for up to 130 pounds.

Microwave/Appliance Mount

Orbital's microwave/appliance mount supports most microwave and combination ovens, allowing consumers to position the appliance at a convenient working height while savings precious counter or work top space. It is ideal for offices, lunch areas, dorm rooms or under cabinets in the kitchen. The mounts are depth adjustable and hold up to 132 pounds.
