RGB Communications appoint new Sales Manager (16/12/2003)

RGB Communications Ltd have appointed Martin Pocock as Sales Desk Manager with immediate effect. Martin, who joins RGB Communications after 12 very successful years running Yellow Pages' telesales and field sales operations, will manage the RGB Internal Sales Team. The sales desk team provides technical and commercial support to both commercial and residential Audio Visual dealers and custom installers across the whole range of RGB franchises, as well as providing in-house support to the RGB Field Sales Force.

"This is a major new appointment for RGB and we are delighted to have appointed someone of Martin's calibre and experience", commented RGB Sales Director Caroline Britt. "He brings a thoroughly professional approach to every aspect of the job and will make a major contribution to our exciting growth plans for the coming years".

Following his successful career with Yellow Pages Martin worked in sales management within the electricity industry, focussing on commercial and industrial markets. Born and raised in Trinidad, Martin came to the United Kingdom in 1988 and is now married with two young children. He is sports mad having played under 21 international soccer for his country but is now a self-confessed "armchair warrior" due to old injuries.
