launched in 2004, following the recently announced alliance between
Motorola and Proview.
"Proview is delighted to be collaborating

In order to provide the best products, service, and support we felt
it was important to establish a dedicated business unit. Moxell
was created to be a tier one sales and marketing company for the
purpose of delivering Motorola brand video display products such
as plasma and LCD televisions, automotive video, portable and home
DVD players and recorders, as well as computer monitors, on a world
wide basis," commented Rowell Yang, founder and Chairman of the

Proview also announced the appointment of
Rick B. Calacci to head the new division for the Americas. Calacci,
most recently senior vice president and general manager for Sharp's

The United States, Mexico and Latin America.
