Crestron introduces True Blue Online Help

New customer support resource provides instant notification for firmware, software and OS updates, an "Ask Crestron" feature, answers to a wide range of FAQs and the highest levels of security and privacy for dealers

Crestron announced that its award-winning True Blue Support has now added an important new element to its considerable set of customer service tools - True Blue Online Help.

Easily located from left-side menu of Crestron's website or via the URL http://support.crestron.com, True Blue Online Help provides 24/7/365 worldwide access to Crestron's experienced professional support team.

A key feature of True Blue Online Help is, upon registering, dealers can choose the option of receiving instant notification for all updates of Crestron firmware, software and operating systems. Those who choose to be notified will learn of all updates within one hour of their availability.

True Blue Online Help addresses the sensitive issues of security and privacy by providing its dealers with an additional level of access for troubleshooting, tracking reported system bugs and other confidential dealer information. To register for the deepest level of True Blue Online Help Access, dealers need only to have their seven-digit dealer number handy. This information can be found on any Crestron packing list or invoice or by contacting Crestron True Blue Support at 800.273.7876.

In addition to providing answers to a broad range of frequently asked questions that are constantly updated, Online Help also responds quickly to specific questions submitted by Crestron dealers via the "Ask Crestron" tab at the top of the website's section.

To use the "Ask Crestron" feature, simply type in a question, submit it, and the user will be presented with a list of possible frequently asked questions that address the topic. For a more detailed response, clicking the "Finish Submission" button sends the question directly to Crestron True Blue Support.

To make sure that the level of service and response time is constantly improving, Crestron also provides a True Blue Online Help user survey that asks for feedback on the answers provided to submitted questions. Crestron welcomes all comments regarding this new customer support tool and will continue to improve and enhance it for the benefit of its customers.
