FOCUS Enhancements, Inc., a worldwide leader in video production and conversion technology, took home two awards at this year's CEDIA Expo for its CenterStage CS-1 and CS-HD line of video processors, further solidifying its position as an industry leader in video processing.

The CenterStage CS-1 was given the distinguished Scaler Of The Year Award from The Perfect Vision magazine based on its performance, innovation and value. The CenterStage CS-HD received the EXCITE Award, given for Excellence in Custom-Install Products by CustomRetailer magazine.

"We pride ourselves in delivering the best performance and value in a video processing solution for any application, whether it is for home theater or the corporate boardroom," said Michael Conway, vice president of marketing at FOCUS Enhancements. "To be awarded by a panel of certified industry experts, truly validates the CenterStage Professional Video Processor line as an industry-leading technology solution."

About the CenterStage CS-1 and CS-HD Professional Video Processors

Both models accept composite, S-Video, YPrPb, RGB, 480/576p and scale these inputs to 480p, 720p, 1080i, or 1080p as required by today's DTV-compatible LCD/DLP/ D-ILA projectors, high-resolution plasma panels, and CRT/ LCD monitors. Outputs include: DVI, RGB or Component, 12-volt screen trigger, and a HDTV pass-through. All CenterStage models have full input and output geometric adjustments; 4:3, 16:9, and anamorphic aspect ratios.
