Innovations 2004 Awards Seeks The World's Best In
Consumer Electronics Engineering And Design
Entries for Innovations 2004, the consumer technology design awards
program sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA)
and endorsed by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA),
are being accepted until October 12. For the ninth straight year,
this prestigious awards program gives manufacturers and developers
an opportunity to have their products judged by a preeminent panel
of journalists, designers and engineers, with the winning products
showcased at the 2004 International CES- the world's largest consumer
technology tradeshow - January 8-11 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As the most widely renowned consumer technology
awards program, Innovations 2004 recognizes the best designed and
engineered products in the categories of:

* Accessories
* Audio
* Computer hardware
* Digital imaging
* Electronic gaming
* Environmental design
* Home appliances
* Home data networking

The 2004 Best of Innovations award is given
to the most highly honored products in their category, for all categories
with three or more entries. Best of Innovations honorees are highlighted
throughout the Innovations 2004 promotional materials, and will
be previewed in a special display in the Silver Lot exhibits of
the Las Vegas Convention Center during the 2004 International CES.
Innovations is open anyone who wishes to
enter, regardless of whether they are exhibiting at CES.
