News 14/8/2003 Sanyo Wireless DVD receiver system Sanyo puts an end to cables and catapults stereophonic sound into a new dimension at the IFA. Sanyo will be offering a complete package for the home movie experience with its Home-Cinema Solutions. The DC-TS960WL DVD receiver system transmits stereo sound wirelessly to speakers around the room. Four elegant column loudspeakers and a built-in subwoofer pick up the signal and turn them into rich stereo sound. The DC-TS960WL system supports Dolby Digital, Dolby Prologic II und DTS sound systems. The receiver provides powerful and clear sound even in larger rooms with its output performance of 300 watts sinus (40w x 5 + 100w subwoofer). Additionally, the Sanyo DVD system plays practically every format of DVD or CD. Thanks to the Radio Data System (RDS), the receiver picks up additional information and services from the radio stations. Progressive Scan ensures excellent pictures.
