Leviton Acquires Structured Wiring Division of Listman
Home Technologies
Leviton Manufacturing Company announced today it has acquired the
Structured Wiring Division of Listman Home Technologies, a premier
developer of user-friendly residential hardware and software networking
solutions. Leviton Integrated Networks, the company's structured
wiring division, will assume responsibility for Listman's inventory
and service centers, including the sophisticated software and website
it has developed for management of installed systems. Leviton will
also now support Masco Contracting Services, Listman's existing
distribution partner.
Daryoush Larizadeh, Vice President of Strategic
Business Enterprises for Leviton Manufacturing indicated, "This
agreement increases Leviton's distribution in the residential structured
wiring marketplace through Listman's installation relationship with
Masco Contractor Services. It also enhances our offering with Listman's
sophisticated software that registers contractors and tracks the
installation quality."

products while increasing their brand preference," said Tim List,
CEO of Listman Home Technologies. List went on to say that "Leviton
now has the appropriate combination of structured wiring product
and outstanding installation network that builders have been looking
for."
Donnie DeMarie, President of Masco Contractor
Services said, "This agreement generates significant interest across
our contractor network of technology installers. The Leviton name
and their strong product support focus will enhance our ability
to provide quality products and services to our builder customers."
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
