News 24/6/2003 Systemline Andromeda Telematics EIB Interface Interface Systemline S4.4 with European Installation Bus (Konnex) devices using the new Andromeda Telematics EIB Interface There is now a range of Interfaces, which allow Systemline S4.4 to achieve Systems Integration with various third party devices. Recently introduced as a result of close cooperation between QED and EIB specialists, Andromeda Telematics Ltd, atl, is the atl EIB interface. EIB is well established in both home and commercial building automation applications throughout Europe, and there is rapid growth of EIB in the UK. Now S4.4 enables Systems Integrators and Custom Installers to provide solutions fully compatible with the EIB environment and protocols. S4.4 is now able to operate as an Audio Distribution sub-system under control of devices connected to any EIB bus, while retaining all the basic S4.4 features: IR pass through, trigger outputs, IR learning and processing etc.
