Bespoke Rackshelves from Middle Atlantic Products Provide Custom Mounting Solution for Non-Rackmount Components

Providing an aesthetic solution for installing audio and video components in professional equipment racks, Middle Atlantic Products demonstrated its RSH series custom rackshelves at CEDIA this week. Featuring a custom fascia to trim the component precisely and a shelf to support the component, bespoke rackshelves provide residential installers with a means to offer an integrated, professional solution while maintaining superb aesthetics.

Choosing a professional rackmount system over the traditional furniture or shelving system will facilitate future expansion and upgrade of the hi-fi home electronics system. The replacement of a new custom rackshelf for an upgraded tuner, for instance, is far easier than reconfiguring an entire wall opening to accommodate the new component.

Available in anodised brushed aluminum with a clear (silver) or black finish, each RSH series custom rackshelf will complement the finish of the component as well as the décor of the room. Additionally available with a black textured finish, each individual fascia is manufactured with an opening cut precisely to fit the component.

With a custom measured database of over 6,000 existing components, Middle Atlantic Products has the ability to manufacture custom rackshelf systems with quick turnaround. High-end audio and video components from home electronics manufacturers such as Arcam, Marantz and Sony comprise the growing database.
