This issue's news is dominated by the recent CEDIA US Expo. This was our second visit and, despite the problems in the US housing market, it was a vibrant and motivating event - well worth the long transatlantic flight. For those interested in what went on, we have produced a special CEDIA US Expo 2007 news section that we are still adding to, plus a roundup of some of what we saw. The next few months are a very busy time for the Integrated Systems team, and we are pleased to be a media partner for all of their events. First up, the Integrated Systems Roadshow will visit Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria and Croatia in October and it is still possible to register online to attend. Next up, the inaugural Integrated Systems Russia will take place in Moscow in November and will be held in conjunction with the MidExpo Hi-Tech House and Building Exhibition. Lastly, Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) will again take place at the RAI in Amsterdam at the end of January 2008. If you would like to attend ISE, you can register for free using our invitation code 904344. We're also pleased to continue our support for the EMEA+ InAVation Technology and Project Awards 2008 which will take place on the eve of ISE. The Technology Awards are open to all global AV technology manufacturers who have released product made commercially available throughout the EMEA market place within the 2007 calendar year, and the deadline for entries is 12th October 2007 - so hurry! The Project Awards are open to AV systems designers, integrators and installation companies who have completed an EMEA- situated project within the 2007 calendar year.
