Opus is a complete whole-house entertainment solution which provides stunning quality music and video throughout the home and is extremely easy to install, use and service.

When Opus was founded in 2002, our vision was to offer a comprehensive range of relevant multi room entertainment systems backed-up with the industry's best training and after-sales programmes for our partners.

We work with some of the UK's biggest property developers including St George's and Berkeley Homes. Indeed, Opus features in some of the country's most prestigious developments.

We also have a significant presence in Dubai and are arguably the UAE’s Number 1 multi-room entertainment provider. We have worked with a number of developers and integrators to install systems in some of the region’s ultra luxurious residences such as Le Rêve; Nakheel –Jumeirah Palm, Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands; World Trade Centre Residences; Oceana and Tiara Residences; Victory Heights; DEC Towers and Falcon City.

Combining our experience as a long-established electronics manufacturer with a passion for excellent customer service, we know what it takes to go the extra mile. We strive to exceed every end-users' expectations by offering them true objects of desire that provide the ultimate in purchase satisfaction. But these products would be nothing without expert consultation, planning and installation which is why we have launched a Certified Installer Programme which provides both product training and marketing support to its ever growing network of partners. Installers who complete the training course (held monthly at Opus’ London headquarters) are given full recognition in the form of an enhanced website listing plus additional point of sale material and full confidence in specifying and installing our systems.

Ongoing support is offered to Opus Certified Installers which includes a dedicated support hotline assuring dealers of fast, accurate and friendly advice. Our in-house support team has recently been expanded to enable us to offer class-leading service. All in all, this programme complements Opus’ new range of products and most importantly underlines our support to dealers who are crucial to our ongoing expansion and development. Sizzling hot products

Opus is made up of two distinct systems - Opus 300 and Opus 500.

Opus 500 is the premium set up and features a wide range of products including a new Master Control Unit (MCU) hub, video transmission, controls for third party heating/lighting products, outdoor and indoor speakers and a host keypads and remotes.

A single run of Opus' own Balanced Transmission Cable (BTC) to each zone ensures simple installation and interference free reliable signal transfer. Up to 5 sources of any make can be connected and then controlled by our intuitive touchscreen keypads. Various options and accessories are available for every home.

If one product sums up Opus’ portfolio it is the feature brimming WCU600 touchscreen keypad. Designed to seamlessly control both the Opus 500 system and a number of third party lighting and other smart home products the stunning WCU600 keypad is even able to display video from DVD, TV or CCTV systems and the on screen menus of audio/video servers, iPod docks and more. The high contrast backlit hi-resolution colour screen can display a staggering 16 million colours and is fully customisable for individual use. It is fully backwards compatible with existing Opus systems and makes any home stand out from the crowd.

The Opus 300 system is based on commonly available Cat5 coaxial cabling delivering audio and video throughout the home from a central hub. The MCU300 (hub) is usually located in a service cupboard but is so small that it can also be mounted behind a hi-fi system enabling existing source components to be shared across the home. In such an installation, the traditional hi-fi or home cinema experience can be retained for the main zone - simply the best of both worlds!
