Showcase Opus offers a totally new trade partner programme Opus is a complete whole-house entertainment solution which provides stunning quality music and video throughout the home and is extremely easy to install, use and service. When Opus was founded in 2002, our vision was to offer a comprehensive range of relevant multiroom entertainment systems backed-up with the industry's best training and after-sales programmes for our partners. We work with some of the UK's biggest property developers including St George's and Berkeley Homes. Indeed, Opus features in some of the country's most prestigious developments. Combining our experience as a long-established electronics manufacturer with a passion for excellent customer service, we know what it takes to go the extra mile. We strive to exceed every end-users' expectations by offering them true objects of desire that provide the ultimate in purchase satisfaction. But these products would be nothing without expert consultation, planning and installation which is why we have developed a totally new trade partner programme to make sure every Opus dealer and installer is 100% confident retailing and specifying Opus systems. And to help present Opus in the very best light and maximise sales potential, we offer dedicated point of sale materials as well as support for local trade shows. We run a number of training seminars at Opus retailers, where installers and support teams will get to understand every aspect of Opus systems. For convenience, sessions run at both our London base and at clients' sites. Look out for dates on the HiddenWires training directory. And most importantly, Opus offers its network of dealers significant opportunities to expand their businesses through highly attractive margins. Sizzling hot products Opus is made up of two distinct systems - Opus 300 and Opus 500.
A single run of Opus' own Balanced Transmission Cable (BTC) to each zone ensures simple installation and interference free reliable signal transfer. Up to 5 sources of any make can be connected and then controlled by our intuitive touchscreen keypads. Various options and accessories are available for every home.
Whilst technology has moved at a staggering pace, the needs of customers have largely remained the same; highly desirable integrated systems which are easy to use and offer complete reliability. All products are designed and developed in the UK by dedicated custom install engineers who truly understand customer needs. This is demonstrated by the feature brimming WCU600 touchscreen wall control. With the ability to control every source from its ergonomic LCD panel, this flush-mount device features a superb resolution full colour screen that's even capable of playing video - a superb touch in any demo room as well as the home. Most importantly, the keypad is completely backwards compatible so it can replace existing Opus keypads for a simple upgrade. Of course media choice has played a huge part in the development of multiroom entertainment and in recognition of this revolution, this year will see us launch the HDS600 music server. Offering 250GB worth of digital music storage, the 3-zone HDS600 is one of the world's most advanced music servers offering home networking and wireless capability and full custom display through Opus wall control pads. Yet despite this, our new music server offers truly simple set-up and is totally intuitive for the end-user. These two fantastic products are just a taste of what's in store from Opus. We've also given many other key components within the range a full makeover to ensure Opus remains the multiroom entertainment system of choice.
